A flame, equivalent in brightness to a torch, springs forth from the object touched by the caster of a continual flame spell. The effect looks like a regular flame, but it creates no heat and does not consume oxygen. A continual flame can be covered and hidden, but not smothered or quenched.
Other Forms
A scroll of continual flame can be cast by anyone who has the ability to cast arcane spells, and crumbles after it is used.
