School: Evocation [Light]

A flame, equivalent in brightness to a torch, springs forth from the object touched by the caster of a continual flame spell. The effect looks like a regular flame, but it creates no heat and does not consume oxygen. A continual flame can be covered and hidden, but not smothered or quenched.

Other Forms

scroll of continual flame can be cast by anyone who has the ability to cast arcane spells, and crumbles after it is used.
